What does Occupational & Urgent Care Health Center offer?
Walk-ins are always welcome – When your doctor’s office is closed and you still need to be seen, we have doctors available to treat most injuries and illnesses.
Some of these include: laceration suturing, casting, foreign body removal, sprains and strains, rashes, infections, allergies, nausea, STDs, high blood pressure, and much more!
Accepted Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Integrated, Health Net, Cofinity, United Healthcare. If your insurance isn't listed yet, keep checking back as we are in the approval process for many others. We have payment plans listed below for those not insured.
Injury & Illness Care - Injuries are stressful for everyone involved. It’s our priority to ensure quality care is rendered to you and your loved ones. When your Primary Care Physician can’t schedule you to be seen, we can. Our facility is staffed with highly experienced Doctors and Physician Assistants. Their priority is getting you the care you need without the long emergency room wait times. We don’t just save your time. A visit to our facility is about a quarter of the cost of an average emergency room visit.
Physical Therapy - We now have expert Physical Therapists on staff provided by Optimum Performance Physical Therapy.
Pharmacy – Our pharmacy is equipped to prescribe basic pharmaceutical needs.
Lab & X-ray – Our onsite laboratory and x-ray allows us to treat a wide spectrum of injury and illnesses. Getting x-rays taken, viewed by a physician and to a radiologist promptly is an added benefit of choosing OUCH for your urgent care needs.
Vaccinations – Varicella (chickenpox), Tetanus, Tuberculosis, Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR), Polio, Hepatitis B, and Influenza to name our most utilized. If you are searching for another vaccine not listed, call us and we may be able to find what you are looking for.
School Sport Physicals – You can trust our star doctors to approve your future sport stars for training.
Not Insured, No Problem – With the increasing cost of healthcare we have programs to meet the needs of those who are uninsured or underinsured. We accept many insurance plans and offer very affordable self-pay rates. These basic rates are structured as follows:
Primary: $80.00 Basic exam includes a patient history review, physical examination and diagnosis.
Intermediate: $140.00 Includes a basic exam plus one x-ray.
Extensive: $175.00 includes all Intermediate services plus one minor procedure i.e. suturing, drainage, etc.
